Tuition & Fees 2025-26
Tuition and fees listed below are for the 2025-26 academic year.
Application Fee
$50 per family (non-refundable). This is a one-time fee for new families.
Due with Application.
Enrollment Fee Schedule
Early Enrollment February 1-February 28: $100 per student
Regular Enrollment Mar 1-Apr 30: $150 per student
On or After May 1st: $200 per student
Due within two weeks after acceptance email is sent.
Tuition
We offer a modest discount for tuition paid in one annual payment. Tuition for enrollment after the beginning of the school year will be prorated.
Primary School (ages 3-PreK): $1750 OR $150/mo. (1 day/week)
Primary School (ages 3-PreK): $3500 OR $295/mo. (2 days/week)
Lower School (K-6th): $3550 OR $295/mo. (2 days/week)
Upper School (7th-10th): $4000 OR $335/mo. (2 days/week)
Lump sum annual tuition is due by August 1st. For families choosing the 12-month payment plan, the first monthly payment is due June 1st.

Other Costs
Curriculum (K-10th): $200-$700 per student
Uniforms: $75+ per student (Click here for the Uniform Guide.)
Curriculum and uniforms are purchased directly by parents. Uniforms may be purchased in person or online from Ivy Uniforms in Colleyville, Texas. Libraries, digital, and free online sources may also be used.
How to Pay
ONLINE: We accept online payments via Zelle. Simply use your mobile banking app to access Zelle or download the Zelle app. Send all Zelle payments to cedarhallclassical@gmail.com.
BY MAIL: You can also pay via check (made out to Cedar Hall Classical Academy). Please email us for the mailing address.
