Incident Report

At Cedar Hall Classical Academy in Bedford, Texas, we are committed to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment where Christ's love guides our interactions. This incident reporting form allows you to confidentially report any incident that you believe violates our code of conduct or disrupts the well-being of others. 

Your prompt reporting allows us to investigate and address concerns in a timely manner. We believe this will encourage a positive experience for all, by addressing any concerns that may arise during our on-campus days and providing an opportunity for reconciliation.

Some instances where you might need to report an incident:

• If a student witnesses or experiences bullying or harassment.

• If a parent or guardian observes behavior that contradicts the academy’s code of conduct.

• If a teacher feels a situation needs to be reported to maintain a positive learning environment.

• If anyone feels uncomfortable or unsafe due to another person’s behavior.
